煤巷快速掘进支护技术及工艺优化探究

为改善煤矿巷道掘进速度难以满足采掘工作面作业需求的现状,进一步强化了巷道围岩的稳定性.通过探讨煤矿巷道快速掘进与支护稳定性的影响因素,并依托实际工程,使用FLAC3D软件对施工过程进行模拟,提出了快速掘进支护技术优化方案,最终确定采用 3 根6m长的锚索对巷道顶板右侧进行支护,并将循环布距控制在 2.4 m.经现场试验验证,优化后的快速掘进支护技术在掘进作业期间具有良好的巷道围岩控制效果,且掘进速度提升了 24%.
Technology and Technological Optimization of Rapid Driving Support of Coal Roadways
In order to improve the current situation that the roadway driving speed is difficult to meet the working demand of the mining face,the stability of the surrounding rock of the roadway is further strengthened.Through discussing the factors affecting the stability of rapid excavation and support of coal mine roadway,and relying on the actual project,FLAC3D software was used to simulate the construction process,and the optimization scheme of rapid driving support technology was proposed.Finally,three anchor cables with a length of 6 m were adopted to support the right side of the roadway roof,and the circulation spacing was controlled at 2.4 m.The field test proved that the optimized rapid driving support technology had a good control effect on roadway surrounding rock during the driving operation,and the driving speed was increased by 24%.
