为研究上行开采上部煤层回采巷道围岩控制技术,以店坪矿3-3032巷为工程背景,对其煤层层组空间关系、导水裂缝带高度探测等进行调查测试,进一步开展上组煤蹬空开采的力学分析,确定合理的巷道布置位置,提出针对性支护方案.结果表明:利用井下钻孔分段压水(气)探测法对9#煤层覆岩裂隙带进行发育高度探测,得到导水裂隙带高度为 51.84 m;通过对比层间距,明确煤层受下煤层回采影响的关系,进一步获得下组煤开采走向边界的影响区范围为 78.3 m.提出了高预应力强力锚杆+锚索叠加支护形式,可以有效提高巷道围岩在巷道服务期间的可靠性,能够保证工作面安全生产.
Surrounding Rock Control of Upper Coal Seam Mining Roadway in Dianping Coal Mine
In order to study the surrounding rock control technology of upper coal seam up-mining roadway,taking 3-3032 roadway of Dianping Coal Mine as the engineering background,the spatial relationship of coal layer groups and the height detection of water-conducting fracture zone was investigated and tested,and the mechanical analysis of coal mining above hollow in upper coal group was further carried out to determine the reasonable location of roadway layout,and the targeted support scheme was put forward.The results show that the development height of the overlying rock fracture zone of 9#coal seam was detected by using the segmentation water(gas)detection method of underground drilling,and the height of the water-conducting fracture zone was 51.84 m;by comparing the layer spacing,the influence of the lower coal seam mining on upper coal seam was clearly defined,and the influence area of the coal mining strike boundary of the lower group coal was further obtained to be 78.3 m.The superimposed support form of high prestressed strong bolt+anchor cable was proposed,which can effectively improve the reliability of the surrounding rock during the service of the roadway and ensure the safe production of the working face.
