摘要

随着煤矿开采力度不断加大,开采条件也发生了一定的变化,应用巷道掘进与支护技术有利于提高采矿效率与质量.简要分析了巷道掘进与支护技术的内涵、特点及价值,探讨了巷道掘进技术的应用要点及常用的巷道支护技术.研究结果表明,灵活应用巷道掘进与支护技术有利于提高煤矿安全性、降低开采成本,因此,在应用巷道掘进技术时应做好掘进力度控制、瓦斯排放、通风防尘及巷道排水等环节的工作,在进行巷道支护时,需从喷锚支护技术、棚式支护技术等手段中选择合适的支护方式,以优化支护效果.

Abstract

With the increasing intensity of coal mining,the mining conditions have also undergone certain changes.The application of roadway excavation and support technology is conducive to improving mining efficiency and quality.This paper briefly analyzed the connotation,characteristics,and value of tunnel excavation and support technology,and explored the application points and commonly used tunnel support technologies of tunnel excavation technology.The research results indicate that flexible application of roadway excavation and support technology is beneficial for improving coal mine safety and reducing mining costs.Therefore,when applying roadway excavation technology,efforts should be made to control excavation intensity,gas emissions,ventilation and dust prevention,and roadway drainage.When carrying out roadway support,appropriate support methods should be selected from spray anchor support technology,shed support technology,and other means to optimize the support effect.
