坚硬煤层顶板沿空巷道围岩的稳定性分析

随着矿采水平的不断提高,基于薄煤层的开采可以应用沿空留巷的无煤柱生产技术,提高矿采资源的回收率和经济效益.以一煤矿井下的沿空巷道作业看,其围岩稳定性还需要进一步提高.为此,将在概述案例煤矿 8#煤层的开采现状后,提出沿空留巷技术的落实条件及应用模拟.在进一步研究中,从技术应用可行性条件之一的支护设计出发,提出巷道围岩稳定性控制方案.经过监测,围岩的稳定性良好,可以满足安全开采的需要.
Stability Analysis of Surrounding Rock of Gob-side Roadway with Hard Coal Seam Roof
With the continuous improvement of mining level,the production technology without coal pillar in gob-side roadway can be applied to mining based on thin coal seam,to improve the recovery rate of mining resources and economic benefits.The stability of surrounding rock needs to be further improved in the gob-side roadway operation of a coal mine.Therefore,after summarizing the mining status of 8#coal seam in the case coal mine,the implementation conditions and application simulation of the gob-side roadway retaining technology were proposed.In the further study,starting from the support design,one of the feasible conditions of technical application,the stability control scheme of roadway surrounding rock was proposed.After monitoring,the stability of surrounding rock was good,which can meet the needs of safe mining.
