井下巷道掘进局部通风机自动管控系统研究

为提高掘进巷道通风系统可靠性及局部通风机自动化控制水平,采用模糊PID控制算法构建了局部通风机自动管控系统.结合局部通风机自动管控系统构建目标给出系统整体方案、选定系统硬件设备型号并设计控制软件;自动管控系统通过综合分析掘进巷道内瓦斯、CO体积分数变化调整供风量,在满足巷道掘进需风量基础上提高通风安全保障能力;通过分析振动、温度参数实现局部通风机故障预警;具备有远程一键倒机、一键启停等功能,同时在HMI平台可实时显现局部通风机运行参数及掘进巷道环境参数.在 3306 运输巷的应用实践表明,构建的局部通风机自动管控系统运行平稳、性能可靠,在提高巷道通风效率、提高通风自动化水平等方面效果显著.
Automatic Control System of Local Fan in Underground Roadway
In order to improve the reliability of the ventilation system and the automatic control level of the local fan,the automatic control system of the local fan was constructed by using the fuzzy PID control algorithm.According to the construction goal of the automatic control system of local fan,the overall scheme of the system was given,the model of the system hardware equipment was selected and the control software was designed;the automatic control system adjusted the air supply by comprehensively analyzing the changes of gas and CO concentration in the roadway,and improves the ventilation safety guarantee ability on the basis of meeting the air demand of the roadway;the fault warning of local fan was realized by analyzing vibration and temperature parameters;it had the functions of remote one-click reverse,one-click start and stop,etc.,and at the same time,the local fan operation parameters and the environment parameters of the excavation roadway can be displayed in real time on the HMI platform.The application practice in 3306 transportation roadway shows that the local fan automatic control system was stable and reliable,and had a remarkable effect on improving the ventilation efficiency and the level of ventilation automation.
