Design of Inspection Robot for Belt Conveyor in Coal Preparation Plant
In order to solve the problems that the belt conveyor in coal preparation plant is prone to various kinds of faults during long-term operation,a inspection robot suitable for the belt conveyor was designed.With STM32F103VET6 chip as the core,the sensor technology was used to obtain real-time environmental parameters and operation parameters of the inspection robot,and the data was transmitted to the supreme computer in wireless communication mode,while controlling the inspection robot to complete automatic inspection and remote inspection tasks.Finally,the application analysis was completed.The analysis results showed that the designed inspection robot for belt conveyor in coal preparation plant can meet the design requirements,reduce the fault incidence and improve the safety factor of belt conveyor.
