煤矿中液压支架的安装及运维探讨

摘要
以一煤矿ZY6800-24-50D型液压支架为例,介绍一种煤矿液压支架的安装与运维方法.其中,液压支架安装时,先设计出安装参数,再选择最佳的安装方法;液压支架维护时,不仅要注重日常检查,还要做好安全阀保护,定期进行润滑、防振、防腐处理,使液压支架处于最佳状态,防止液压支架出现各种问题而影响煤矿其他井下作业活动的进行.
Abstract
Taking ZY6800-24-50D hydraulic support of a coal mine as an example,a method for installing and maintaining a coal mine hydraulic support was introduced.Among them,when installing hydraulic supports,design installation parameters first and then select the best installation method.When maintaining hydraulic supports,it is not only important to pay attention to daily inspections,but also to ensure safety valve protection,regular lubrication,vibration prevention,and anti-corrosion treatment to keep the hydraulic supports in the best condition and prevent various problems from affecting other underground operations in the coal mine.
