Application of Intelligent Monitoring System for Load of Main Shaft Hoist
Based on the actual situation of the main shaft hoist in Yuwu Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.and the evaluation and management measures for intelligent construction of coal mines,the overall design of the intelligent monitoring system for the hoist was carried out.The functions of online monitoring of steel wire ropes,intelligent comprehensive protection,and remote unmanned operation were realized,and the level of coal mine intelligence was improved.In addition,a detailed design scheme for the steel wire rope tension and lifting load monitoring system based on AI video was provided.
