Practical Analysis of Welding Deformation Control Measures for Mining Hydraulic Support Top Beam
In the structure of mining hydraulic supports,the top beam is an important load-bearing component,and its welding quality directly affects the stability and safety of the entire support.However,during the welding process of the top beam,the presence of factors such as thermal deformation often leads to welding deformation,which in turn affects the effectiveness and service life of the bracket.Therefore,the aim was to explore in depth the control measures for welding deformation of mining hydraulic support top beams.The welding process of the top beam of the mining hydraulic support was explained,the causes of welding deformation were analyzed,measures to control welding deformation were proposed,in order to provide theoretical and practical guidance for improving the welding quality and stability of the support.
