声波变密度测井在固井质量评价中的应用

随着套管井测井技术的多元化发展,声波变密度测井主要采用声波振幅测井和声波变密度测井对油田固井质量进行监测.在设计声波变密度测井时,结合数字测井技术和测井数据处理,通过对声波理论的深入研究和对声波信息以及岩石参数关系的分析,声波变密度测井在固井质量评价中的应用技术得到了发展.声波变密度测井不仅可以通过声振幅和胶结指数(BI值)曲线评价利用VDL图像,还可以评价套管与水泥之间的胶结情况.它可以反映第一个接口的绑定状态,并提供第二个接口的绑定信息.首先阐述了声波变密度测井在固井质量评价中的仪器选择,分析了声波变密度测井的原理和仪器技术,然后分析了声波变密度测井的一些典型实例数据.针对影响固井质量测井的因素,提出了各种干扰因素的判断和解决方法,并对不同固井质量进行了评价和解释,在此基础上,分析探讨了声波变密度测井技术的优缺点.最后,提高了数据的综合利用价值,增强了人们对声波变密度水泥胶结测井技术的认识.
Application of Acoustic Variable Density Logging in Cementing Quality Evaluation
With the diversified development of casing well logging technology,acoustic variable density logging mainly uses acoustic amplitude logging and acoustic variable density logging to monitor oil field cementing quality.Through the in-depth study of acoustic wave theory and the analysis of the relationship between acoustic wave information and rock parameters,the application technology of acoustic variable density logging in cementing quality evaluation has been developed in combination with digital logging technology and logging data processing.Acoustic variable density logging can not only evaluate the VDL image through the curve of sound amplitude and bond index(BI value),but also evaluate the bond between casing and cement.It can reflect the binding state of the first interface and provide binding information about the second interface.Firstly,the instrument selection of VDL in cementing quality evaluation was described,the principle and instrument technology of VDL were analyzed,and then some typical case data of VDL were analyzed.According to the factors affecting cementing quality logging,the judgment and solution of various interference factors were put forward,and the different cementing quality was evaluated and explained.Finally,the comprehensive utilization value of the data was improved,and people's understanding of the technology of acoustic variable density cement bond logging can be enhanced.
