摘要

为提高煤矿安全生产水平、降低井下机电设备故障影响,基于无线通信技术构建了煤矿井下机电设备运行监测系统.通过在机电设备上布置多类型传感器、摄像机等设备实现机电设备运行参数监测.通过无线通信设备、井下工业以太网等设备将传感器参数及摄像机图像实时、高效传输至地面;通过云计算支撑层以及地面站对监测数据进行分析,从而掌握井下各机电设备运行情况及异常情况.现场试验表明,构建的监测系统运行平稳,无线通信网络可靠性强及速度快;监测系统可实现井下机电设备运行参数监测并实时显示设备运行画面.

Abstract

In order to improve the safety production level of coal mines and reduce the impact of underground mechanical and electrical equipment failures,a monitoring system for the operation of underground electromechanical equipment in coal mines was constructed based on wireless communication technology.By installing multiple types of sensors,cameras,etc.on the electromechanical equipment,the monitoring of operational parameters of the equipment can be achieved.Through wireless communication devices,underground industrial Ethernet,and other equipment,sensor parameters and camera images can be transmitted to the surface in real-time and efficiently;by using cloud computing support layer and ground stations to analyze monitoring data,the operation and abnormal situations of various underground electromechanical equipment were grasped.On-site experiments showed that the constructed monitoring system runs smoothly,and the wireless communication network has strong reliability and fast speed;the monitoring system can monitor the operating parameters of underground electromechanical equipment and display the equipment operation screen in real time.
