大采高工作面构造区超前深孔预注浆技术的实践

在山西霍尔辛赫煤业 3105 工作面,针对煤层上覆泥岩层不稳定性和局部仰采造成的采高异常问题,实施了超前深孔预注浆技术.通过地震勘探和现场评估,划分了 7 个地质异常区域,制定了精准的钻孔布置策略,应用分次成孔和深孔封孔技术.工业性试验显示,154 个钻孔共使用 805.12 t注浆材料,平均每孔 5.92 t,成功降低了冒顶率 86%以上,显著提升了矿井的安全性和稳定性,证明了该技术在大采高工作面的有效性.
Practice of Advanced Deep Hole Pre-grouting Technology in Structural Area of Large Mining Height Working Face
In the 3105 working face of Shanxi Huoerxinhe Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.,advanced deep hole pre-grouting technology was implemented to address the instability of overlying mudstone layers and abnormal mining height caused by local upward mining.Through seismic exploration and on-site evaluation,7 geological anomaly areas were identified,and precise drilling layout strategies were developed,the techniques of staged drilling and deep hole sealing were applied.Industrial tests showed that a total of 805.12 t of grouting material were used in 154 boreholes,with an average of 5.92 t per hole,successfully reducing the roof caving rate by over 86%,significantly improving the safety and stability of the mine,and proving the effectiveness of this technology in high mining face.
