Design and Practical Application of Frequency Conversion Control System for Mine Hoists
The design and application of frequency conversion control system for mine hoist were discussed.Firstly,a survey was conducted on the current status of the control system for mine hoists,emphasizing the importance of frequency conversion control technology.Secondly,in the architecture and design of the system,the overall architecture,hardware composition,software design,and control strategy of the system were described in detail.By applying PLC(Programmable Logic Controller)and control algorithms,the flexibility of the elevator control was enhanced.Finally,performance indicators such as response time and accuracy of the system were tested and evaluated.The research aimed to improve the performance and efficiency of the hoist,providing certain technical support for industrial production.
