Design of Coal Washing Equipment Monitoring System Based on PLC
A coal washing equipment monitoring system based on PLC(Programmable Logic Controller)was designed to improve the efficiency of coal washing process in coal mines.Firstly,a survey was conducted on the importance of PLC in industrial automation,emphasizing the limitations of existing monitoring systems.Then,the overall architecture and design of the system were discussed,including the composition of hardware and software,and the design of PLC programming and control strategies were elaborated to achieve automated control of coal washing equipment.Finally,the sensor types and data acquisition process were introduced in detail,and the design scheme for user interface and data visualization was emphasized.The research provided a solid foundation for improving the automation level and monitoring capability of the coal washing process,and had a positive impact on the development of the coal industry.
