摘要

按照"双碳"战略要求,中国持续推进低碳发展和绿色替代,风电、光伏等新能源保持快速增长,在新型电力系统仍处于逐步构建的阶段,电力系统装机结构发生了深刻变化,电网的消纳能力和运行模式难以满足新能源大规模接入的需求.为此,开展了纯新能源源网荷储离网运行项目开发建设模式探讨,分析了 100%新能源源网荷储一体化系统安全稳定运行所受到的各方面影响,提出了构建源网荷储离网运行系统的基本要求.研究成果为促进新能源开发模式创新提供了新的方向,为新型电力系统的建设运行提供了有益的指导.

Abstract

According to the requirements of the"dual carbon"strategy,China continues to promote low-carbon development and green substitution,while new energy sources such as wind power and photovoltaics maintain rapid growth.While the new power system is still in the stage of gradual construction,the installed structure of the power system has undergone profound changes,and the consumption capacity and operation mode of the power grid are difficult to meet the demand for large-scale integration of new energy.To this end,a discussion was conducted on the development and construction mode of pure new energy source network load storage off-grid operation projects.The various impacts on the safe and stable operation of the 100%new energy source network load storage integrated system were analyzed,and the basic requirements for building a source network load storage off grid operation system were proposed.The research results provide new directions for promoting innovation in new energy development models and useful guidance for the construction and operation of new power systems.
