脱硝系统受到烟气温度条件的限制,无法在烟气温度较低时正常投运.为解决这一问题,在锅炉省煤器和空气预热器之间加装SCR(Selective Catalytic Reduction,选择性催化还原法)烟气脱硝系统.为保证脱硝入口烟气温度符合选用的SCR催化剂活性范围,对锅炉加装脱硝高温烟气旁路进行优化改造设计.考虑到运行条件,为保证改造效果,对锅炉低负荷运行时的烟风系统进行调整试验,以实现SCR烟气脱硝系统达标排放的目的.
Optimization and Transformation of SCR Denitrification High-temperature Flue Gas Bypass of Coal-fired Boiler in Thermal Power Plant
The denitrification system is limited by the flue gas temperature condition and cannot operate normally when the flue gas temperature is low.To address this issue,an SCR(Selective Catalytic Reduction)flue gas denitrification system was installed between the boiler economizer and the air preheater.In order to ensure that the flue gas temperature at the denitrification inlet met the activity range of the selected SCR catalyst,the boiler was optimized and redesigned with a high-temperature flue gas bypass for denitrification.Considering the operational conditions,in order to ensure the effectiveness of the transformation,adjustments tests were made to the air and flue gas system when the boiler was operating at low load.The goal was to achieve emission standard of the SCR flue gas denitrification system.
