煤基固废充填开采技术的应用现状与发展

在碳达峰、碳中和目标背景下,加快推进绿色矿山建设是实现中国矿业转型升级与绿色发展、构建矿业新格局的关键.煤基固废充填开采技术是绿色矿山开采体系的重要组成部分,不但可以规模化消纳煤矸石、粉煤灰、脱硫石膏等煤基固废,而且可以有效避免地表沉降、地下水流失、瓦斯排放等一系列生态环境问题.综述了煤矿充填开采的主要方式,分析了 6 种典型煤基固废作为充填材料的优势.重点介绍了煤基固废综合机械化固体充填、综合机械化膏体充填、流态化浆体管道充填和覆岩离层注浆技术4种充填开采方法的技术原理、工艺流程特点与未来研究重点,为实现煤炭资源绿色开采、清洁利用和零废排放奠定理论基础.
Application Status and Development of Coal-based Solid Waste Filling Mining Technology
Under the background of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals,accelerate the construction of green mines is the key to realize the transformation and upgrading of China's mining industry and green development,and to build a new pattern of mining industry.Coal-based solid waste filling mining technology is an important part of the green mining system.It can not only absorb coal gangue,fly ash,desulfurization gypsum and other coal-based solid waste on a large scale,but also effectively avoid a series of ecological and environmental problems such as surface subsidence,groundwater loss and gas discharge.The main types of filling mining were summarized,and the advantages of six typical coal-based solid wastes as filling materials were analyzed.The technical principles,process characteristics and future research focus of four kinds of coal-based solid waste filling mining methods,namely,fully-mechanized solid filling,fully-mechanized paste filling,fluid slurry pipeline filling and overlying rock grouting technology,were focused on,laying a theoretical foundation for the realization of green mining,clean utilization and zero waste discharge of coal resources.
