黄磷矿渣是生产黄磷矿渣超微粉的重要原料,黄磷矿渣的输送是生产工艺过程中的重要工序.刚出炉的黄磷矿渣表面温度极高,可达上千摄氏度,即使经过冷却以后,输送至超微粉加工车间的黄磷矿渣的表面温度也高达 300℃,因此黄磷矿渣转运十分困难,影响了后续加工的顺利展开.而采用普通的带式输送机进行输送,相应的输送设备会损坏,造成输送皮带燃烧烫伤或老化,严重影响输送皮带的使用寿命,增加了设备维护和保养成本.对此,主要针对黄磷矿渣原料运输过程中温度过高的问题进行探讨,对黄磷矿渣高温皮带运输新型降温装置研制及应用进行了研究.
Development and Application of New-type Cooling Device for High-temperature Belt Transport of Yellow Phosphorus Slag
Yellow phosphorus slag is an important raw material for the production of ultrafine powder of yellow phosphorus slag,and the transportation of yellow phosphorus slag is an important process in the production process.The surface temperature of the yellow phosphorus slag fresh from the boiler is very high,which can reach thousands of degrees Celsius,even after cooling,the surface temperature of the yellow phosphorus slag transported to the ultrafast powder processing workshop is as high as 300℃,so the yellow phosphorus slag transfer is very difficult,affecting the smooth development of the subsequent processing.The use of ordinary belt conveyor for conveying will also damage the corresponding conveying equipment,resulting in burning or aging of the conveyor belt,seriously affecting the service life of the conveyor belt,and increasing the cost of equipment maintenance and maintenance.The problem of high temperature in the process of yellow phosphorus slag raw material transportation was mainly discussed,and the development and application of new-type cooling device for high-temperature belt transport of yellow phosphorus slag was studied.
