Energy Saving Transformation and Effect of Desulfurization Slurry Circulation Pump in Coal-fired Power Plants
In order to reduce energy consumption in the desulfurization process of coal-fired power plants,the principle and process flow of desulfurization technology in power plants were elaborated in detail,and the role and performance of desulfurization slurry circulation pumps were deeply analyzed,energy saving renovation designs were carried out around the optimization of pump working points,improvement of pump and pipeline system matching,application of high-efficiency motors,and introduction of variable frequency speed regulation technology.The actual transformation test showed that the energy consumption of the desulfurization slurry circulation pump was significantly reduced after the transformation,and the desulfurization efficiency remained stable,confirming the feasibility and energy saving benefits of the transformation scheme.The renovation measures not only improve the overall energy efficiency of the desulfurization slurry circulation pump in coal-fired power plants,but also provide reliable technical support for coal-fired power plants to reduce operating costs while meeting environmental requirements.
