KXJW6-660S型带式输送机转运点除尘问题探析

以KXJW6-660S型带式输送机为例,分析了造成其转运点扬尘的主要原因,并从收尘系统优化、收尘管道施工、收尘罩布设、导料槽优化等方面对输送机转运点除尘系统的改进进行了研究.从除尘效果可以看出,转运点除尘系统改进后,粉尘质量浓度普遍降至 26.9~32.3 mg/m3,除尘率提升至 94%左右,除尘降尘效果明显改善,可在煤矿井下生产中推广应用.
Dust Removal at Transfer Point of KXJW6-660S Belt Conveyor
Taking KXJW6-660S belt conveyor as an example,the main causes of dust at its transfer point were analyzed,and the improvement of the dust removal system at the conveyor transfer point was studied from the aspects of dust collection system optimization,dust collection pipeline construction,dust collection hood layout,and guide groove optimization.From the dust removal effect,it can be seen that after the improvement of the dust removal system at the transfer point,the dust mass concentration generally decreased to 26.9-32.3 mg/m3,and the dust removal rate increased to about 94%.The dust removal and reduction effect was significantly improved,and it can be promoted and applied in underground coal mine production.
