煤矿带式输送机结构的节能化制造分析

在当前的煤矿开采中,带式输送机作为常见的运输设备,需要在检修维护中关注其结构的节能优化.以A煤矿开采中的DTL 120/150/2×200 型带式输送机为例,基于输送机总体结构对其耗能问题进行了分析,对输送机的关键结构进行了节能设计,并基于PLC技术进行了输送机的节能系统方案设计.在将上述系统应用于实践中后,根据现场数据,在相同的煤矿运输量前提下,电价与电能消耗都得到了降低,取得了较好的节能效果.
Energy Saving Manufacturing of Coal Mine Belt Conveyor Structure
In current coal mining,belt conveyors,as common transportation equipment,need to pay attention to energy saving optimization of their structure during maintenance and repair.Taking DTL 120/150/2×200 belt conveyor in A Coal Mine as an example,the energy consumption problem of the conveyor was analyzed based on its overall structure.The key structure of the conveyor was designed for energy saving,and an energy saving system scheme for the conveyor was designed based on PLC technology.After applying the above system in practice,according to on-site data,under the same coal mine transportation volume,both electricity prices and energy consumption were reduced,achieving good energy saving effects.
