摘要

以贵州一钡渣堆场为对象,研究了钡渣堆场原位固化稳定化施工对渣场渗滤液水量和水质的影响变化.研究结果表明,渗滤液的产生量与当地降水量呈正相关,原位固化稳定化施工显著提高了渗滤液产生量,日均产生量为 573 m3,峰值为1 160 m3,渗滤液中S2-质量浓度、CODCr(重铬酸盐指数)、NH3-N质量浓度及pH值均有不同程度的升高.其中,施工过程中NH3-N质量浓度与S2-质量浓度的比值较施工前提高了 1 倍,重铬酸盐质量浓度与S2-质量浓度的比值维持在2左右,渗滤液中的重铬酸盐几乎全部由S2-组成.研究结果可为国内钡渣堆场渗滤液处理工作提供参考.

Abstract

A barium slag stock dump in Guizhou was selected to study influencing of the construction of barium slag stock dump in-situ solidification and stabilization on leachate.The experimental results showed that the leachate production was related to the rainfall and the construction of barium slag stock dump in-situ solidification and stabilization,the in-situ solidification and stabilization construction significantly increased the amount of leachate produced,the average daily leachate generation was 573 m3,the peak value was 1 160 m3.During the construction of barium slag stock dump in-situ solidification and stabilization,the mass concentrations of S2-,NH3-N,CODCr and pH of the leachate gradually increased.During the construction process,the ratio of NH3-N mass concentration to S2-mass concentration increased by twice compared to before construction.The ratio of dichromate mass concentration to S2-mass concentration remained at around 2,and almost all of the dichromate in the leachate was composed of S2-.The research results can provide reference for the treatment of leachate in domestic barium slag stock dump.
