Directional Drilling Technology in Construction of Mine Drainage Holes
The directional drilling technology in the construction of mine drainage holes was studied to improve the safety production level of coal mines. The hydrogeological conditions of the research area were explored. The mining depth in the research area changed from+1 232.99 m to+599.99 m,and it had good water resistance. The groundwater supply was mainly from atmospheric precipitation, and the water yield was uneven.A multi-stage casing structure design scheme was proposed for the design of directional long boreholes for underground water exploration in coal mines, which included three main construction stages:casing installation, directional tilting, and directional stabilization. The drilling trajectory optimization adopted the"straight line-curve-straight line"mode to expand the water exploration range. The directional drilling control mainly relied on a comprehensive analysis of the drilling trajectory control mechanism, which was numerically simulated using FLAC3D and equipped with a measurement device while drilling and a screw drilling tool, effectively achieving high-precision drilling of exploratory water holes. The research results indicate that the drilling trajectory roughly matches the pre-designed trajectory, and the drilling process is relatively smooth without any accidents inside the hole, providing strong guarantees for the safety production of coal mines.
