为研究回风巷连续跨掘大巷施工工艺,以亿欣煤业井底回风巷一为工程背景,对其连续跨掘施工技术进行了分析研究.通过分析跨掘回风巷的施工技术,明确了巷道支护加固、通风密闭保持及巷道挑顶施工等技术的难点,并选择了上行巷掘进挑顶贯穿大巷立体布置方式,还设计了不同区域的临时支护、永久支护方案,确定了巷道挑顶贯通施工设计方案.采用这些方式过大巷掘进不仅能够有效改善深部作业环境,还可以保证生产接续与围岩的稳定性,为后续工程的施工提供了参考.
Construction Technology of No.1 Return Air Roadway at Shaft Bottom of Yixin Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.
In order to study the construction technology of continuous cross excavation in the return air roadway,taking No.1 return air roadway at the shaft bottom of Yixin Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.as the engineering background,the continuous cross excavation construction technology was analyzed and studied.By analyzing the construction technology of cross excavation return air roadway,the technical difficulties of roadway support reinforcement,ventilation and sealing maintenance,and roadway roof construction were clarified.The three-dimensional layout of upward roadway excavation roof penetration through the main roadway was selected,and temporary and permanent support schemes for different areas were designed to determine the construction design scheme of roadway roof penetration.Adopting these methods for tunneling through large roadways can not only effectively improve the working environment in deep areas,but also ensure the stability of production continuity and surrounding rock,providing reference for the construction of subsequent projects.
