胶带机在运行过程中,经常会受到物料的不均匀分布、托辊或滚筒的侧向力作用、胶带老化等多种因素影响,容易发生跑偏现象.分析了胶带机跑偏故障原因,主要包括滚筒和托辊磨损、安装和布局不合理及制造质量差等,针对这些问题,提出了一系列防偏技术措施,包括定期检查滚筒和托辊的磨损情况、调整滚筒和托辊位置及改善制造质量.实施这些防偏技术措施后,胶带机的跑偏故障得到了有效控制,数据显示,胶带机的跑偏故障率降低了 30%,生产效率提高了 15%,安全性也得到了有效提升,这些措施对于工业生产线上胶带机的维护和管理具有重要指导意义.
Belt Conveyor Deviation Fault and Anti-deviation Technology
During the operation of a belt conveyor,it is often affected by various factors such as uneven distribution of materials,lateral force of rollers or drums,and aging of the belt,which can easily lead to deviation.The causes of belt conveyor deviation faults were analyzed,mainly including drum and idler wear,unreasonable installation and layout,and poor manufacturing quality.To address these issues,a series of anti deviation technical measures were proposed,including regular inspection of drum and idler wear,adjustment of drum and idler position,and improvement of manufacturing quality.After implementing these anti-deviation technical measures,the deviation fault of the belt conveyor was effectively controlled.Data showed that the deviation fault rate of the belt conveyor was reduced by 30%,production efficiency was improved by 15%,and safety was also been effectively improved.These measures have important guiding significance for the maintenance and management of belt conveyors on industrial production lines.
