3308工作面地质构造影响区顶板控制技术研究

为实现复杂地质构造条件下工作面的安全开采及顶板的有效控制,以 3308 工作面过FQ23、3F80 断层为研究对象,并结合现场条件提出了巷道及顶板管控技术措施.在断层破碎带及影响区域内,回采巷道主要通过锚索补强、超高区装顶等方式维护顶板的稳定性,采面主要通过强化液压支架管理、挂金属网、局部注浆加固等方式维护顶板的稳定性.工程应用后,3308 工作面回采过断层期间顶板始中保持稳定,未出现漏顶、支架倾倒等情况,表明现场使用的顶板管控技术效果显著,可满足采面安全回采需求.
Roof Control Technology for Geological Structure Influence Zone of 3308 Working Face
In order to achieve safe mining and effective control of the roof of the working face under complex geological conditions,the study focuses on the 3308 working face passing through the FQ23 and 3F80 faults,and combined with on-site conditions,technical measures for roadway and roof control were proposed.In the fractured zone and affected area of the fault,the stability of the roof of the mining roadway was mainly maintained through anchor reinforcement and roof installation in the ultra-high area.The stability of the roof of the mining face was mainly maintained through strengthening hydraulic support management,hanging metal mesh,and local grouting reinforcement.After engineering application,the roof of the 3308 working face remained stable during the period of fault recovery,without any roof leakage or support tilting,indicating that the roof control technology used on site has significant effects and can meet the safety recovery needs of the mining face.
