摘要

为确保采煤工作面安全高效回采过断层,以 5302 采煤工作面过F101 逆断层为工程研究对象,设计了采面过断层技术方案及顶板控制措施,并进行了工程应用.结合矿井条件,提出采用旋转俯斜过断层方案回采F101 逆断层,以减少岩体截割工程量,提升煤炭资源的采收率.同时,综合超前管棚、柔性纤维网、恒阻锚索、玻璃钢梯形梁组合方式控制顶板.现场应用后,5302 采煤工作面过F101 逆断层期间推进速度始终保持在 3.2 m/d,顶板及煤壁等保持稳定,工程应用效果显著.

Abstract

In order to ensure the safety and efficiency of overfault mining in coal mining face,taking 5302 coal mining face crossing F101 reversed fault as the engineering research object,the technical scheme of coal mining face crossing fault and roof control measures were designed,and the engineering application was carried out.According to the mine conditions,the F101 reversed fault was recovered by using the scheme of rotating overdip crossing fault to reduce the quantity of rock mass cutting and improve the recovery rate of coal resources.At the same time,the roof was controlled by the combination of advanced pipe shed,flexible fiber mesh,constant resistance anchor cable and FRP trapezoidal beam.After field application,the advancing speed of 5302 coal mining face crossing F101 reverse fault was always maintained at 3.2 m/d,and the roof and coal wall remained stable,so the engineering application effect was remarkable.
