摘要

针对5308 采煤工作面SGZ 1250/2400 型刮板输送机结构及恒速运行控制存在的问题,构建了基于负载预测的刮板输送机运行控制系统.通过设置传感器以获取链轮啮合频率的信息,并通过卷积神经网络构建了预测模型,实现了负载预测,负载预测结果可以采用模糊PID调节刮板输送机的运输调度,以达到降低能耗及磨损点的目的.现场应用后,构建的刮板输送机控制系统运行平稳,负载预测结果精准,模糊PID调节精度高、稳定性强,刮板输送机运行能耗及磨损量较应用前的降幅分别约为 15%、10%,应用效益显著.

Abstract

Aiming at the problems existing in the structure and constant speed operation control of SGZ 1250/2400 scraper conveyor in 5308 coal mining face,a scraper conveyor operation control system based on load prediction was built.Sensors were set to obtain the information of sprocket meshing frequency,and a predictive model was constructed by convolutional neural network to realize load prediction.Based on the load prediction results,fuzzy PID can be used to adjust the transport scheduling of the scraper conveyor to reduce energy consumption and wear points.After the field application,the constructed scraper conveyor control system ran smoothly,the load prediction results were accurate,the adjustment precision of fuzzy PID was high,the stability of fuzzy PID was strong,and the energy consumption and wear amount of the scraper conveyor were reduced by about 15%and 10%respectively compared with before the application,so the application benefits were significant.
