摘要

为提高山西A矿破碎作业的自动化程度及效率,结合破碎作业区现场情况,构建了自动化控制系统.该系统通过应用PLC、传感器、中间继电器、视频监控系统等,实现了破碎机、振动筛、皮带输送机及除尘器等设备运行参数的监测与控制,同时,PLC与集控中心可以通过工业以太网进行通信,使集控中心能够远程监控破碎设备的运行情况.现场应用后,自动化控制系统不仅提高了劳动效率,减少了设备故障,还显著降低了噪声及粉尘等对矿工的影响,创造经济效益超过了 5.3×105 元/a,应用效果显著.

Abstract

In order to improve the automation degree and efficiency of crushing operation in Shanxi A Mine,an automatic control system was built based on the site situation of crushing operation area.The system realized operating parameters monitoring and control of crusher,vibrating screen,belt conveyor and dust collector and other equipment through the application of PLC,sensors,intermediate relays,video monitoring system,etc.At the same time,PLC and the central control center can communicate through industrial Ethernet,so that the central control center can remotely monitor the operation of crushing equipment.After the field application,the automatic control system not only improved the labor efficiency,reduced the equipment failure,but also significantly reduced the impact of noise and dust on miners,and creating economic benefits of more than 5.3×105 yuan/a,the application effect of which was remarkable.
