摘要

随着煤矿采掘范围及深度的增加,矿井通风系统逐渐变得复杂,需要对通风系统进行优化,以提高其效率,满足矿井生产.以双柳煤矿三采区为研究对象,结合现场情况,制定了采区通风系统优化方案及通风优化安全技术措施.现场应用后,在三采区通风系统高效完成了主要通风机风叶角度、通风设施的构筑及废弃巷道的密闭,其间未出现通风异常、瓦斯涌出量增大等问题,表明现场采用的通风系统优化方案及安全技术措施效果显著.

Abstract

With the increase of mining scope and depth of coal mines,the mine ventilation system has gradually become complicated,and it is necessary to optimize the ventilation system to improve its efficiency and meet the mine production.Taking No.3 mining area of Shuangliu Coal Mine as the research object and combining with the site situation,the optimization scheme and safety technical measures of ventilation optimization in mining area were formulated.After the field application,the ventilation system in No.3 mining areas effectively completed the construction of the main fan blade angle,ventilation facilities and the sealing of the abandoned roadway,and there were no ventilation anomalies and gas emission increases during the period,indicating that the ventilation system optimization scheme and safety technical measures adopted on the site were effective.
