摘要

为实现动压巷道围岩变形有效控制,以景福煤业 15108 进风顺槽为研究对象,在分析围岩稳定性影响因素的基础上,给出动压巷道围岩变形控制方案并进行工程应用.结合 15108 进风顺槽现场条件,采用高预紧力锚索加固,同时对进风顺槽原有的锚索进行重新张拉.工程应用后,15108 进风顺槽滞后 15107 工作面 60m后围岩变形基本稳定,其中两帮移近量为165 mm,顶底板移近量为 224 mm,巷道断面收缩率整体较小,可满足后续使用需要.

Abstract

In order to realize the effective control of surrounding rock deformation of dynamic pressure roadways,taking 15108 air inlet channel of Jingfu Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.as the research object,based on the analysis of the stability factors of surrounding rock,the control scheme of surrounding rock deformation of pressure roadway was proposed and applied.Combined with the field conditions of 15108 air inlet channel,the high preload anchor cable was adopted to strengthen the channel,and the original anchor cable was re-tensioned.After engineering application,the surrounding rock deformation of 15108 air inlet channel was basically stable after the channel lagged 15107 working face for 60 m,in which the proximity of two sides was 165 mm,the proximity of roof and floor was 224 mm,and the overall shrinkage rate of roadway section was small,which can meet the needs of subsequent use.
