摘要

金能煤业有限公司 1201 工作面存在回风巷瓦斯体积分数较高的问题,通过分源预测法确定工作面瓦斯中本煤层瓦斯涌出量约占45%、顶板瓦斯涌出量约占 55%,回采过程中瓦斯主要源于采空区.结合现场情况,提出上隅角插管加强治理措施,该措施实施后 1201 工作面回采期间上隅角最大瓦斯体积分数为 0.59%,未出现瓦斯超限现象.综合分析,上隅角插管加强措施有效控制了 1201 工作面回风隅角瓦斯超限.

Abstract

There is a problem of high volume fraction of gas in the return air roadway in 1201 working face of Jinneng Coal Industry Co.,Ltd..According to the sub-source prediction method,the gas emission in the coal seam accounted for about 45%and that in the roof accounted for about 55%of the gas emission in the working face.During the mining process,the gas is mainly derived from the goaf.Combined with the site situation,the strengthening measures of plugging pipes in upper corner were put forward.After the implementation of the measures,the maximum volume fraction of gas in the upper corner during the mining of 1201 working face was 0.59%,and there was no phenomenon of gas overlimit.Comprehensive analysis showed that the strengthening measures of plugging pipes in upper corner effectively control the overlimit of gas in the corner of return air of 1201 working face.
