摘要

由于部分露天煤矿普遍存在采煤方式单一、故障难以及时排除、生态保护不佳等问题,严重影响了露天煤矿的可持续发展.为提高露天煤矿的采煤效率与品质,确保其经济效益最大化,以哈尔乌素露天煤矿为研究对象,并以单斗卡车剥离系统生产能力为切入点,分析了露天采煤优化工艺及煤质控制技术的应用效果,旨在提高煤炭生产效率及煤炭品质,减少对环境的污染.

Abstract

Due to the common problems of single mining methods,difficulty in timely troubleshooting,and poor ecological protection in some open-pit coal mines,the sustainable development of open-pit coal mines was seriously affected.In order to improve the efficiency and quality of open-pit coal mining and ensure the maximization of its economic benefits,Haerwusu Open-pit Coal Mine was taken as the research object,and the production capacity of the single bucket truck stripping system was taken as the starting point to analyze the application effect of open-pit coal mining optimization technology and coal quality control technology,aiming to improve coal production efficiency and coal quality,and reduce environmental pollution.
