摘要

为解决断层影响区回采巷道围岩变形量大的问题,以山西省A煤矿 2605 运输巷过F23 断层影响区为研究背景,分析了运输巷原锚网索支护条件下围岩变形特征及锚杆失效原因,并针对性提出采用全锚索支护方式控制围岩变形.现场应用后,2605 运输巷过F23 断层影响区时围岩变形严重、顶板下沉量大等问题得以较好解决,顶板、两帮最大变形量分别控制在 66、180 mm,锚索未出现失效情况,实现了对断层影响区回采巷道围岩变形的有效控制.

Abstract

To solve the problem of large deformation of surrounding rock in the mining roadway affected by faults,taking the F23 fault affected area in the 2605 transportation roadway of A Coal Mine in Shanxi Province as the background,the deformation characteristics of surrounding rock and the reasons for anchor rod failure under the original anchor mesh support conditions of the transportation roadway were analyzed,and a targeted approach was proposed to control the deformation of surrounding rock using full anchor cables.After on-site application,the serious deformation of the surrounding rock and the large subsidence of the roof in the F23 fault affected area of the 2605 transportation roadway were well solved.The maximum deformation of the roof and two sides were controlled at 66 and 180 mm respectively,and the anchor cables did not fail,achieving effective control of the deformation of the surrounding rock in the mining roadway in the fault affected area.
