In response to the low efficiency and high safety risks of hydraulic support retraction in the coal mining face with large dip angle,taking the 7503 fully mechanized caving face as the research object,a hydraulic support retraction technology scheme was constructed and applied in engineering.Based on the equipment configuration of the 7503 working face and the characteristics of large coal seam inclination during mining,a roof support process during the final mining period of the working face was designed,and methods for dismantling mining equipment and hydraulic support retraction technology were proposed.After on-site application,the retraction efficiency of hydraulic supports in the 7503 fully mechanized mining face can reach 4 supports per day,achieving safe and efficient retraction of hydraulic supports in the face.This provides experience and reference for the retraction work of hydraulic supports in other coal mining faces with large dip angle.
