摘要

针对厚煤层大采高综采工作面的特点,探究了智能化技术在该工作面中的应用情况,通过综合分析液压技术、采煤机及其他智能化技术的特点,提出了 1 套完整的智能化综采方案,并将其应用在实际工作面中,结果表明,该方案能够显著提高采煤效率,降低安全隐患,具有较好的应用前景.

Abstract

According to the characteristics of the fully-mechanized mining face with large mining height in thick coal seam,the application of intelligent technology in the face was explored.Through comprehensive analysis of the characteristics of hydraulic technology,shearer and other intelligent technologies,a complete set of intelligent fully-mechanized mining scheme was proposed and applied in the actual working face.The results show that the scheme can significantly improve the efficiency of coal mining and reduce the hidden danger,which is of a good application prospect.
