The aim was to conduct research on the intelligent improvement and application of fully mechanized mining equipment in coal mine working face,in order to improve mine production efficiency and worker safety assurance level.Firstly,the present situation and problems of fully mechanized mining equipment in coal mines were analyzed,and the existing challenges and urgent needs for improvement were clarified.Secondly,the technical means of intelligent improvement were discussed in detail,including sensor technology,automatic control technology and data analysis and processing methods.Through field applications,significant effects of these improved technologies were demonstrated in improving production efficiency and improving worker safety.Finally,the potential problems that may arise after improvement were analyzed,and corresponding suggestions and solutions were proposed.The future research directions and development trends were explored,providing useful references for the sustainable development of the coal mining industry.
