摘要

九鑫煤业通风系统存在通风效率低下、安全隐患等问题,现对智能通风系统的建设及应用进行研究,在该矿现有通风设施基础上对主通风机智能管控、局部通风子系统智能化、风门智能自动化、远程定量调节自动风窗系统、全自动智能测风系统、三维矿井通风智能分析决策平台等方面进行智能化改造建设.实践应用结果表明,智能通风系统应用后可显著提升通风效率,降低瓦斯事故发生率并大幅度降低能耗.三维智能分析决策平台能提高管理者对矿井通风状况的理解和控制,为快速有效决策提供支持.

Abstract

In response to the problems of low ventilation efficiency and safety hazards in the ventilation system of Jiuxin Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.,the research was conducted on the construction and application of an intelligent ventilation system.Based on the existing ventilation facilities of the mine,intelligent control of the main ventilation fan,intelligence of the local ventilation subsystem,intelligent automation of the air door,remote quantitative adjustment of the automatic air window system,fully automatic intelligent wind measurement system,and three-dimensional intelligent analysis and decision-making platform for mine ventilation were intelligently transformed and constructed.The practical application results show that the application of intelligent ventilation systems can significantly improve ventilation efficiency,reduce the incidence of gas accidents,and significantly reduce energy consumption.The three-dimensional intelligent analysis and decision-making platform can improve managers'understanding and control of mine ventilation conditions,providing support for rapid and effective decision-making.
