摘要

一煤矿 82203 工作面运输顺槽掘进前实施的地质钻孔中出现异常涌水现象,为保障巷道安全掘进,对涌水情况进行综合分析,确定前方存在陷落柱构造.采用瞬变电磁法进行物探,了解陷落柱构造基本情况,预测陷落柱接触角为63°.采用注浆封堵进行水害防治,制定了封堵方案,采用新型注浆材料进行封堵作业,封堵效果良好.研究结果对于其他类似矿井安全掘进具有一定指导意义.

Abstract

An abnormal water inflow phenomenon occurred during the geological drilling before the transportation crossheading excavation of 82203 working face in a coal mine.In order to ensure the safe excavation of the roadway,a comprehensive analysis of the water inflow situation was conducted to determine the existence of a collapse column structure ahead.The transient electromagnetic method was used for geophysical exploration to understand the basic situation of the collapsed column structure and predict a contact angle of 63°for the collapsed column.Grouting sealing was adopted for water hazard prevention and control.And sealing plan was developed,and new grouting materials were used for sealing operations,with good sealing effects.The research results have certain guiding significance for the safe excavation of other similar mines.
