摘要

旨在设计一种适用于长距离运输带式输送机的变频张紧装置,并对其结构、张紧过程及控制方法进行分析.该装置通过集成高精度张紧力传感器和先进的变频调节技术,能够实现输送带张紧力的实时、精确控制.在山西兰花沁裕煤矿 2100 运输大巷实际应用中,该变频张紧装置表现出优异的稳定性,有效地解决了启动过程中输送带的打滑及重载启动困难问题,同时在常规运行阶段维持张紧力在最佳范围,减少了设备磨损和能耗.该研究提高了带式输送机的操作效率和安全性,为煤矿输送系统的智能自动化水平提供了有价值的技术参考.

Abstract

The aim was to design a variable frequency tensioning device suitable for long-distance conveyor belt,and analyze its structure,tensioning process,and control methods.This device integrated high-precision tension sensors and advanced frequency conversion regulation technology to achieve real-time and precise control of conveyor belt tension.In the practical application of the 2100 transportation roadway in Shanxi Lanhua Qinyu Coal Mine,the variable frequency tensioning device showed excellent stability,effectively solving the problems of conveyor belt slippage and heavy load starting difficulties during the starting process.At the same time,it maintained the tension force within the optimal range during normal operation,reducing equipment wear and energy consumption.This study improves the operational efficiency and safety of belt conveyors,providing valuable technical references for the intelligent automation level of coal mine conveying systems.
