摘要

为有效解决综掘面局部通风机智能化水平低、"一风吹"现象普遍、通风效率低下等问题,设计了一套智能局部通风机管控系统,采用模糊控制和变频调速技术,针对煤矿通风质量需求实施精确调控.系统应用结果表明,对比传统通风系统,该智能管控系统月电能消耗降低约 14%,减少操作人员 3 名,短缩故障停机时间近 5%,有效确保了通风系统的安全稳定运行.

Abstract

In order to effectively solve the problems of low intelligence level,widespread"one wind blowing"phenomenon,and low ventilation efficiency of local ventilation fans in comprehensive excavation faces,an intelligent local ventilator control system was designed,which adopted fuzzy control and variable frequency speed regulation technology to implement precise control according to the ventilation quality requirements of coal mines.The system application results showed that compared with traditional ventilation systems,the intelligent control system reduced monthly electricity consumption by about 14%,reduced the number of operators by 3,shortened the downtime of faults by nearly 5%,and effectively ensured the safe and stable operation of the ventilation system.
