摘要

为实现坚硬顶板煤层回采期间顶板可及时垮落,以 7505 综采工作面为研究对象,提出在采面通过深孔爆破方式弱化顶板并进行工程应用.在 7505 综采工作面切眼按照 4~5m间距布置孔深 9m的炮孔,在回采巷道内按照 2~3m间距布置孔深 9.6 m的炮孔,采用不耦合装药方式,给出具体炮孔装药结构.现场应用后,钻孔窥视发现顶板裂隙扩展,强度及完整性明显降低;采面回采后初次来压步距将至 24.2~27.8 m,采空区顶板悬空面积小,顶板可及时垮落,为7505 综放工作面安全高效回采创造了良好条件.研究成果可为其他矿井坚硬煤层开采期间顶板管理提供经验借鉴.

Abstract

In order to realize the roof caving in time during the mining of coal seams with hard roof,taking 7505 fully-mechanized mining face as the research object,deep-hole blasting was proposed to weaken the roof at the mining face,and engineering application was carried out.In the 7505 fully-mechanized mining face,holes with a depth of 9 m were arranged according to 4-5 m spacing,and holes with a depth of 9.6 m were arranged according to 2-3 m spacing in the mining roadway.The uncoupled charging method was adopted,and the specific charging structure of powder charge holes was proposed.After the field application,it was found that the cracks in the roof expanded and the strength and integrity decreased obviously;the first pressure step after mining face would be 24.2-27.8 m,the goaf roof hanging area was small,and the roof can caving in time,creating a good condition for safe and efficient mining of 7505 fully-mechanized caving face.The research results can provide experience for roof management in other mines during hard coal seam mining.
