In coal mining,winches are important lifting equipment in inclined roadway transportation,and it is necessary to actively improve the braking device to improve the safety and stability of cargo.However,in combination with some winch lifting braking of coal mines,problems such as brake failure and insufficient braking force were prone to occur.Therefore,a design scheme of booster brake device based on disc brake was proposed first,and then the braking effect was theoretically analyzed from the aspects of temperature field and pressure field of friction brake with the help of finite element simulation model.Finally,from the application of hydraulic block brake,a new direction of braking device optimization was proposed,hoping to improve the application effect of brake devices in winches from various aspects,and enhancing the safety of mining transportation.
