摘要

当前煤矿事故应急响应基础结构机制多为目标式,执行的覆盖效率相对较低,致使最终得出的处理均值频率下降.为此提出对煤矿事故应急响应机制及其效率的提升策略进行分析,根据当前的测定,先确定应急响应评定指标,以多层级的形式提升执行的覆盖效率,并设定多层级响应机制.在此基础之上,构建动态事故应急响应处理模型,采用风险追踪把控的方式来实现应急响应.测试结果表明,对比传统文本挖掘煤矿事故应急响应机制、传统熵值法和损失函数煤矿事故应急响应机制,此次设计的动态化煤矿事故应急响应机制得出的均值频率相对较高,应急响应速度及效率也得到了明显提高,应急的针对性较强,实践应用效果更佳.

Abstract

The current coal mine accident emergency response infrastructure mechanism is mostly targeted,and the implementation coverage efficiency is relatively low,resulting in a decrease in the frequency of the final processing mean.To this end,an analysis of strategies was proposed to improve the emergency response mechanism and its efficiency for coal mine accidents.According to the current measurement,the evaluation index of emergency response was first determined,the coverage efficiency of implementation was improved in a multi-level form,and the multi-level response mechanism was set up.On this basis,the dynamic accident emergency response processing model was constructed,and the way of risk tracking and control was adopted to realize the emergency response.The test results showed that compared with the traditional text mining coal mine accident emergency response mechanism,the traditional entropy method and loss function coal mine accident emergency response mechanism,the designed dynamic coal mine accident emergency response mechanism obtained a relatively high mean frequency,and the emergency response speed and efficiency was significantly improved,and the emergency response was more targeted,and the practical application effect was better.
