摘要
以山西保利平山煤业股份有限公司为研究背景,旨在研究沿空掘巷技术在厚煤层大采高矿井中的应用与效果.通过对平山公司 31019 回风顺槽沿空掘巷技术实际应用效果进行综述,分析了该技术在解决突出矿井采掘接续及经济效益方面的优势和适用性.关键技术包括沿空掘巷应力分布规律和小煤柱宽度确定、沿空掘巷优化设计、支护方式的选用、围岩变形及顶板离层对比分析.研究发现,沿空掘巷技术能够在厚煤层大采高矿井中提高掘进效率、节约施工成本、提高回采效率,减轻对地下资源的浪费.该研究为在煤与瓦斯矿井中实施沿空掘巷技术提供了理论基础和技术指导.
Abstract
Taking Baoli Pingshan Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.of Shanxi as the research background,the purpose was to study the application and effect of gob-side entry driving technology in mines of thick coal seam with high mining height.By summarizing the practical application effects of the gob-side drived 31019 air return crossheading in Baoli Pingshan Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.,the advantages and applicability of this technology in solving the mining continuity and economic benefits of outburst mines were analyzed.The key technologies include the stress distribution law and determination of the width of small coal pillars in gob-side entry driving,optimization design of gob-side entry driving,selection of support methods,and comparative analysis of surrounding rock deformation and roof separation.Research has found that the technology of gob-side entry driving can improve excavation efficiency,save construction costs,improve mining efficiency,and reduce waste of underground resources in mines of thick coal seam with high mining height.The study provides a theoretical basis and technical guidance for implementing gob-side entry driving technology in coal and gas outburst mines.
