摘要

现代化煤矿的生产高度依赖于各种机械设备,因此保证机械设备的安全运行十分重要,需要对煤矿机械设备中的各种缺陷进行探测.无损检测技术采用物理方法实现了对设备内部损伤的高效探测,在煤矿机械设备损伤检测中得到了广泛的应用.通过分析一些常见的无损检测技术,如超声波检测技术、液体渗透检测技术、磁粉检测技术和声发射检测技术等,探讨了其在煤矿机械设备损伤探测中的应用.研究可以为煤矿设备的运行和维护提供一定参考.

Abstract

The production of modern coal mine is highly dependent on various mechanical equipment,so it is very important to ensure the safe operation of mechanical equipment,and it is necessary to detect various defects in mechanical equipment of coal mines.Nondestructive testing technology uses physical method to detect the internal defects of equipment efficiently,and has been widely used in the defect detection of mechanical equipment in coal mines.By analyzing some common nondestructive testing technology,such as ultrasonic detection,liquid penetration detection,magnetic particle detection and acoustic emission detection,the application of these techniques in defect detection of mechanical equipment in coal mines was discussed.It can provide some reference for the operation and maintenance of coal mine equipment.
