摘要

为提高煤炭的分选效率,普及了重介质旋流器选煤技术.以山西A选煤厂为例,通过实验对比,分析了重介质旋流器选煤技术的应用方法,结果证明,重介质旋流器的分选下限达到了 0.1 mm,极大地减少了浮选的煤泥量,减轻了浮选系统的负担,说明重介质旋流器选煤技术能够降低生产成本,提高选煤厂的经济效益,具有一定的推广价值.

Abstract

In order to improve the efficiency of coal separation,coal separation technology of heavy medium cyclone has been popularized.Taking A Coal Preparation Plant of Shanxi as an example,the application method of coal preparation technology of heavy medium cyclone was analyzed through experimental comparison.The results showed that the lower limit of separation of heavy medium cyclone reached 0.1 mm,which greatly reduced the amount of slime in flotation and lightened the burden of flotation system,indicating that coal preparation technology of heavy medium cyclone can reduce production cost and improve the economic benefit of coal preparation plant.The technology is of certain promotion value.
