摘要

为确保小煤柱沿空掘进的安全性,以 6302 运输巷为工程研究对象,确定了小煤柱的宽度及围岩支护方案,并进行了工程应用.通过理论计算,确定了小煤柱宽度为 5m.运输巷采用了锚网索喷支护方式,在全断面喷浆基础上,顶板采用"全锚索+钢筋网"进行支护,巷帮采用"锚杆+锚索+双层菱形网"进行支护,同时,对小煤柱帮进行了注浆加固.现场应用后,6302 运输巷围岩控制效果显著,顶底板、两帮移近量分别控制在 90、160 mm以内,而且由于煤柱宽度的缩小,采面可多回收 1.847×105 t的煤炭,研究结果可为其他矿井小煤柱沿空掘巷工作的开展提供经验借鉴.

Abstract

To ensure the safety of small coal pillar excavation along the goaf,the width of the small coal pillar and the surrounding rock support scheme were determined for the 6302 transportation roadway as the engineering research object,and the engineering application was carried out.Through theoretical calculations,the width of the small coal pillar was determined to be 5 m.The transportation roadway adopted the anchor net cable spraying support method.On the basis of full section spraying,the roof was supported by"full anchor cable+steel mesh",and the roadway support was supported by"anchor rod+anchor cable+double-layer diamond mesh".At the same time,the small coal pillar support was reinforced by grouting.After on-site application,the control effect of surrounding rock in 6302 transportation roadway was significant,with the roof and floor and two sides moving within 90 and 160 mm respectively.Moreover,due to the reduction of coal pillar width,an additional 1.847×105 t of coal can be recovered from the mining face.The research results can provide experience and reference for the development of small coal pillar goaf excavation work in other mines.
