Nowadays,higher vocational education has entered a new stage of high-quality develop-ment from scale expansion to quality improvement,value-added empowerment.However,people's growing demand for diversified higher vocational education,the shortage of high-quality technical skills in society,the difficulty in coordinating the diversified interests of higher vocational education,and the new educational challenges brought by the rapid development of digital technol-ogy all put forward higher requirements for higher vocational education.Internal governance mech-anism,as the"soft power"of higher vocational colleges,is an important way to improve the gov-ernance system and enhance the governance ability of higher vocational colleges.The next stage of the reform of the internal governance mechanism of higher vocational colleges should be based on the value goal of"providing satisfactory education services for the people",take the construction of"double high"as an opportunity,and take the University Charter as the guide to improve the internal governance mechanism;Explore new models of cooperation between government,enterpri-ses,banks and schools,and promote the linkage of internal and external governance mechanisms;Strengthen the ability of number intelligence and improve the efficiency of internal governance mechanism in higher vocational colleges.
