As a high-end form of education informatization,wisdom education is an important driv-ing force for the innovation of talent training mode in higher vocational colleges.This paper aims to analyze the factors that hinder the innovation of talent training mode in higher vocational colleges,such as the fact that the innovation of education and teaching concepts lags behind the development of intelligent technology,the deep,normal and whole-process application and reform of smart teaching has not yet been formed,the urgent need to improve teachers'digital literacy,and the difficulty of smart learning environment to support the innovation of talent training mode in higher vocational colleges.From the aspects of innovating education concept,digital technology ena-bling teaching innovation,improving teachers'digital literacy,optimizing smart learning environ-ment,and cultivating future diversified and innovative technical skills talents,this paper explores an effective path of talent training model innovation in higher vocational colleges in the digital era.
